Dining Services Coordinator, Touch of Nature Environmental CenterTraci Blackwell is the new Chartwell Food Service Manager at Touch of Nature. Traci is a lifelong resident of southern Illinois. She began her career in food service as a cashier for a fast food restaurant. She then gained experience as a waitress and cook at a local establishment. Traci joined Chartwell seven years ago and was assigned to Touch of Nature as a server. Several years ago, she moved up to a cook position. In August, Chartwell selected Traci to serve as Dining Services Manager at Touch of Nature. Traci and her staff bring considerable knowledge and experience to the job and provide exceptionally high quality service to our customers. |
