Program Coordinator -- Underway Outdoor Adventure and Environmental Ed-Venture ProgramsErik earned a B.A. in Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign. He has over ten years experience teaching and working with youth in a variety of settings ranging from regular, special education, and alternative public school classroom teaching, and leading wilderness and special boot camp programs. For the past four years, Erik has planned and delivered adventure and experiential programs for the Underway Adventure program at Touch of Nature Environmental Center. Erik is a certified Wilderness First Responder and an American Red Cross lifeguard.
