Kate Hellgren
Program Coordinator - Environmental Education



Kate Hellgren joined Touch of Nature in 2005. She brings considerable academic preparation and extensive experience in Environmental Education to the Center.
Kate earned a B.A. in Biological Sciences from Mount Holyoke College and a M.S. in Wildlife Sciences from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. For the past nine years she served as the Director of Education for the Payne County Audubon Society in Stillwater, Oklahoma and for the past two years she also served as Planning Team Coordinator for the Center for Enhancing the Value of Urbanizing Stream Corridors (CSC) at Oklahoma State University.
